1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing jl26.app, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by jl26, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with jl26's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

jl26 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility requirements will be suspended immediately and any funds held may be subject to forfeiture in accordance with applicable regulations.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on jl26. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances.

1. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address.
2. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. jl26 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
3. You must notify jl26 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
4. Account verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) is required before withdrawals may be processed. jl26 may request a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID) and proof of address.
5. jl26 reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jl26 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. jl26 supports the following payment methods for Filipino players:

• GCash e-wallet
• Maya (formerly PayMaya) e-wallet
• Bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank
• Philippine-issued debit cards

The following payment methods are not accepted on jl26: credit cards (prohibited for gambling deposits under Philippine regulations) and any form of cryptocurrency.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

jl26 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are communicated at the time the offer is made. General bonus conditions include:

1. Bonuses are available to verified accounts only, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.

3. jl26's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
4. jl26 is not responsible for any losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your own negligence.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

jl26 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using jl26, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jl26 implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and jl26 cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Amendments to These Terms

jl26 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Your continued use of jl26 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If the dispute cannot be resolved internally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority or submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

Players who believe a game outcome was unfair may submit a formal complaint to jl26 support. All complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 14 business days where possible.
